1. I had the light version and loved it. I went with the s/m. 5f9 150lbs.
2. The shoulders look okay but I don't know how comfy they will be
3. I never used it as an under the jersey protector. It looked too bulky underneath for me. Im not overweight, but I'm not a twig either.

I just tried one on as I'm searching for a new protector.
There is not much shoulder protection, the back and ribs seem good.
It seems a little too bulky to wear under the jersey.

I been wearing my raptor since fall, and really like it, very comfortable and feel much better protected. Haven't crashed in it yet, and not sure how hot it will be when the temps rise

I wear the Fox Titan and deal with the bulky ness. In a crash, no chest protector compares.

It's a great product. A lot of protection, its not too heavy and fits very well.

The Titan looks even better than the Raptor, I'm gonna try it. Do you get the next size jersey up and wear it over it? Do you wear any undershirt to prevent chafing? Do you need to go up a waist size to get it to fit in? Hows it in 80 degree + temp, does it flow any air? Thanks...

I'm 230 and x large fits fine. I wear an undershirt and wear an x large jersey over it when it's cold. It does flow lots of air. Everywhere that isn't protectors is like a fishnet material .Watched my old man get in a really bad crash and come out without a scratch I had to buy it. Wore a chest protector a couple of months ago and felt amazing until I crashed. never again will I use a regular one. Tbh I take more chances knowing the suit will perform.

I have it on in my profile pic, under the jersey. On hot days (100°) around here I just do a t-shirt under and use the suit for a jersey. Works fine.

The suit rides outside the pants, so no pant change would be needed. The back protection is amazing. The aforementioned old man of mine flew off the trail into a tree about 50 probably landed doing 30 or so, with his back, right on about a 8 inch round sapling which he broke. After he gets up, I jump up (230 lbs ) and try to stomp break the same said sapling, and I couldn't. He was fine, I was sold.

I actually ride with it unstrapped to make me feel a bit less confined. I don't like regular kidney belts tho either
