I do like the black ones. I just got the 661 Flight boots about 4-5 months ago, so it'll be around Christmas before I need a new pair. Hopefully our local dealership will have them in stock, so I can try them on. I will defiantly entertain buying them though.

look at the vertical text on the top Velcro closure. It's hard to see but it's there

Key word is Torsion Control System. Same system TCX "Oxtar" uses. They were the basis for the Barik boots too if I'm not mistaken.

My eyes are bad too. I had to blow my screen up to 200% to read the logo. Probably not a bad move for both parties. No top pros are wearing TCX boots so Fly has more name recognition. Fly has done this in the past with their neck brace that Leatt manufactured for them. If they can get Trey Canard and Andrew Short to wear them, they would be a lot better off. Alpine Stars probably has them tied up for a while though.

Oh yea, always!

After sharping my pegs, it eats my boots up alot faster than normal, so I will probably need some new ones sooner. Christmas is such a good time to by gear. Thats when I always by myself a new helmet, boots & suit combo. I got the Shoei vfx w (Grant) from BTO for $330 60% off last month!

Pretty cool! It seems they are basically a rebranded TCX Pro 2.1.

I've had the same pair of TCX Pro 2.1's for the past four years and they still look mint when I give them a pressure wash. Virtually no wear on the sole. I love them!
