Just for clarification, JGR & JGRMX are in the same business park but about a ½ mile apart.

Sounds like this was in their Headquarters building. The MX shop is in a different building down the road.

Correct. Their Cup, Nationwide and MX teams are all in separate buildings, although all the machine work is done in the Cup shop.
