Fallen Stars

Ok firstly i want to say hi.Im as new here as a fresh bike from the factory. I made this topic just to remember some talented riders that had not had the opportunity to rise and shine like others did. In my opinion Brandom Mays is one of the best cowboys that could not make it to his mexico.

Huge difference IMHO between piss poor choices and "Fallen".
Here are four off the top of my noodle, Jim West, Bailey, Chandler, Schmidt.

I always thought Jace Owen would have transitioned into the pros a little better.

The first names that came to mind when I read the thread headline was: Jim West, Gaylon Mosier, Donny Schmit, Magoo, Jim Pomeroy, Marty Moates etc....big difference between "Fallen Stars" and "talented riders that had not had the opportunity to rise and shine like others did.".......anyway, the names I printed above deserve some recognition as fallen stars none-the-less!

edit: I see tydog was thinkin along the same lines as I

Fallen stars or Potential would be stars that have fallen. To me there is a big difference.

I heard he raced cars or something and that didn't work out.

Lance Vincent? Justin Summers? Taylor Futrell?
I forgot about Justin Summers. I remember reading about him in the MotoPlayground magazine when I was a kid. If I remember correctly, he had diabetes or something like that which I imagine is pretty difficult disease to have for riding motocross. Also, Jaisaac Sloan was up and coming rider and I think he got hurt and that put a knife in his professional career chances. He has some cool videos on YouTube that are pretty entertaining from a few years ago when he was doing his amateur stuff.

Yeah that's the guy. I remember him well. Probably the most skilled rider that ever lived and yet he could not do something as simple as drive a car in a circle
