Anyone else think the Supercross trackmaps are now a complete joke? I mean for one is the ridiculous scale of the tracks themselves, they look way to big!

And they use that awful game which looks so cheesy and laughable, even worse they do it in 3rd person mode.

I prefer the old school arrow going around the track, i really hope once the contract ends with MX vs Atv they ditch that concept because its embarrassing to motocross.

I agree. Mx vs atv is really misleading. On top of that the game looks fake as hell. Id rather see mx sim if they have to use a game. At least the scaling and physics look better. If anything else bring back the arrow.

IMO its not that bad. Like Randy Richardson said on the Pulp show this week you draw the line under the bottom dollar. I would just prefer the onboard rider footage of one lap, but I don't pay Feld entertainments bills.

Well, MX vs ATV is a sponsor... I get it. But I'd prefer them to do a helmet cam or something in the game. Show the front fender with kawi logos on the sides of the fender. In all reality, it looks like a joke. The game itself is terrible. But that's a whole other subject.

Let alone the fact if you're sitting around watching the race at a sports bar and they have some video game that isn't even close to realistic showing the track map, it's kind of embarrassing if you're the one who asked the bar tender to turn the race on.

I love how they make the track previews in MXGP. Two riders riding simultaneously, with some sort of 360 camera on helmet each.

At least the player whoever that is should ride properly. Casing/OJing nearly every jump, awful whips and gooning through the whoops...looks terrible. I didnt play the game one time but I think it should be possible to do it better...

How do you do an onboard video of a track that hasn't even been built yet? These are done way in advance.

The best part is when the rider keeps casing jump after jump. The arrow was flawless, bring it back!

The jumps could be done better, but it's really hard or almost impossible to have a good looking whip in this game. MX vs ATV even posts "whip it wednesday" whips on their facebook page that they're absolutely pumped about and they look kind of terrible.

I think Feld releases the track layouts prior to the start of the season correct? I would rather them keep it secret until that Friday. This way the riders can not get ready for it. The factory teams can change their tracks to practice those tracks prior to the race yet the privateers can not do that as the costs are to high.

It's impossible to use the onboard cam in MX vs ATV though because it's both impossible to tell where you are going, and extremely nauseating
