E B C pads

Really hoping kx1100 getter can answer. The question is do i run the stock rear honda heat sheilds and other garbage on the new ebc ones?No storys about friends or rides to the track or riding buddies or ?Just the info thanks.

The only thing I noticed about running the stock heat shields with the EBC pads was that they would squeak kind of loudly when we rolled the bike backwards down the ramp taking it out of the truck.
Never an issue with performance just that squeaking when it was being rolled backwards

I know some you dont ,some you do.Thought it was EBC that didnt.

The set of EBC's that I used on the back of my old CRF450 were too thick to install with the OEM heat shields. That wasn't a big problem because they wore so fast that there was soon enough space to put them in. The EBC's wore out 3x faster than the OEM pads.
