I didn't see a thread about him tonight if there is one I'm sorry. I thought he did pretty good for what he brought to the table. Besides having a bad ass looking bike he looked good

The Privateer effort will have some growing pains as they get everything dialed in. He's got a lot of people that are pitching in to help with his program. His old mechanics Paul and Ollie kept swinging by and helping Dean's Dad Andy get the bike ready. Plus a suspension tech from factory Yamaha and Ross Maeda. They will get it dialed. It wouldn't surprise me one but to see him finish top Yamaha at one of these upcoming rounds.
Dean looked good in flashes (the only 450 to triple triple the first base rhythm lane after the start was pretty awesome to see, too bad he cased another triple in the third base rhythm lane or that hot lap might have put him in the top 5). The track got way choppier than what they practice on (because of the rain), and he will get better with more time on the bike in race conditions. Things are looking up.
And the Emig stat must have included the races he filled in for Chad in 2014. Unfortunately his KTM Supercross career was only 4 main events.
Go Deano and his dad!
He put in a solid effort and was VERY impressive to watch.l
