Scotland have 4 world class racers now - MaCkenzie, Simpson, Sowrd and Wilson, that is great for such a small country.

I had the chance to race against him when he was an intermediate. The kid was blazing fast. I chased him for a half a lap riding over my head , then he started to pull away. Next thing you know kid had a 30 second gap.

Brian Mackenzie and Jason Dougan each had a top 10 in MX1 this year. I think they might be a bit miffed you'd class Wilson as World class and not them ;0)

Dean raced for Canada at the MxoN. I think you have him confused with someone else.

He left Scotland aged 8. He has a British and a Canadian passport, I suppose he could ride for either.

Hope he can handle all the pressure he looked super fast as an amateur.
Dean is the sort of rider that will elevate his game with that sort of pressure. No doubt he will have a lot of new fans once he gets a couple of Supercross's undes his belt.He was without doubt the hardest working amateur the last 2 seasons and is very deserving of the chance to ride for Mitch.

Awsome to hear, the kid was on fire this year in at the canadian nats. He's speed was crazy, reminded me of villopoto with his aggressive style.
