I'm getting a little tired of Spotify during work and over the past couple of weeks I've picked up a routine of listening to one or two podcasts during the working day to keep me focused.

So having completed the entire first page of DMXS I was wondering if any of you guys had any favourites in particular to recommend.

The "September 11, 2014" is probably my favourite so far: the Tickle and Hahn interviews are pure comedy, so any others with that kinda comical value are well and truly appreciated to help me get through the days!

There was a dmxs episode a few weeks ago where Kevin talks about getting hit with a boat anchor that's pretty awesome. Then of course the great western bank episode of pulp is badass. Anytime kdub is on is a good listen. And if you haven't heard the podcast steve did with yogi, check it out. It was a while back (couple years maybe?) but it was awesome. Yogi really put it all out there and it was great insight. Some of my other favorite podcasts from steve were: Danny laporte, MC, bradshaw, emig (can you tell I was a kid in the 90's haha), Doug Henry, bob hannah.

The old pulpmx Emig 2 part podcast is easily my fav of all time, Jeff is great at interpreting his stories and how he was feeling at certain moments in his career. listened to the 2 parter many, many times over!

Yeah the boat anchor story was hilarious, I remember someone on here mentioning it a couple of weeks ago and that's when I discovered the DMXS podcasts! Been addicted to them ever since.

I've searched the site but I can only see two podcasts featuring Shane Lusk in 2012 and 2010 Huh

I'm a 90's kid myself so I'll definitely check out the others, thanks dude!

Edit:
Aha think I found Yogi's interview on PulpMX (04/04/2011)

I've been hitting the pulpmx podcast archive harrd lately. Some of my favorites: McGrath, Pete Fox, Emig, Matiasevich, also the one where Matthes and Weege debate the best SX riders of all time RacerX list. They are all very good and we are lucky to be able to hear these.

Forgot about the pet fox episode. That one was great! Crazy to hear about the creative freedom he had at such a young age

and hanging out with the moto stars as a kid and getting into trouble. That was classic.

the DMXS Chrewbraca episode was one of the funniest. I was trimming my facial hair yesterday and I about lost it when the trimmer "bogged down then shifted another gear".

Find the summer that Ping hung out with DMXS. I think it might have been 2011, That was the best summer ever: he had me in tears so many times that summer that my co-workers really wondered about my mental health.

Also, I think you can still find the pre-Warson Pulp shows. Listen to the evolution of Kenny as guest and Kenny as host. That transition was jarring and hilarious. Great radio, bro.

The Pulp "Lazer Gate" episode with Tony.
May be too much for some audiences.

Also, ones with Alessi's boss/team owner.

My favorite pulp casts off the top of my head. Bob Hannah, Rick Johnson, Ron Lechein. And the Brian Lunnis one too, just because he's so arrogant it's shocking. Makes you understand how he pushed riders do much in both positive and negative directions.

I tend to listen to Pulp a little more often than DMXS during the SX series but I would have to say my all time favorite podcast would have to be the DMXS interview with Rick Johnson. I was never really a fan of the racer, but he seems like a pretty legit guy.

x2!

Dave Arnold pt.1 & pt.2 are also good ones.

There used to be a Nick Wey special on the old DMXS site. That was some comedy gold. Ronnie Renner is always a funny guest on DMXS.

The PulpMX Show with Weigandt in studio last year (#152) was really good - I've listened to that one a few times.

I've recently been going through every RacerX podcast, just made it to the start of 2014 today.

I like the classic pulpcasts: Micky Dymond- really good. RJ's are excellent. They all have something to offer. I even dug the Todd DeHoop one. Really gives insight into the industry and how shady it used to be.
