Sounds like Christian Craig might be the latest addition to the TLD squad.

Good news! That leaves what, 2 or 3 dozen guys unsigned. This has been the weirdest offseason ever.

You sound like a pretty good rider. Would you want to compete in the supercross series with a bike that didn't work for you?

I bet CC does pretty good this year. He's got some skills on a bike and will be in the right class. Good team as well!

The bummer for Jake at the moment is with a broken arm, he won't have tons of time to test.

Also over Morais, Hahn, Durham, Lemoine, and a whole host of other guys. There's something to be said for giving a new guy a chance, but in this market why would you pick a total unknown over guys who are recent podium and top 5 finishers? Oh well, great for Craig. I hope he makes the most of it because I like that team.

Durham and Lemoine are with Suzuki City. Hahn might end up on that Kawi team he rode for at the Open. Oh, and Morais to Canide Suzuki.

So with all the changes, how many new teams are there or changed, I can't keep up? Is there a thread with the teams that are established and racing. Is it just the Yami factory that is going away?

I thought Blose had an H&H deal already?

What kills me in ALL of this... how can a guy like Burner not have ANYTHING?!?!? This is an effing for sure top 5 guy, hell, a podium guy in the CR JS era!!! If it was over price, surely someone would have said something by now. But there hasnt been a peep other than, no offers.

Also, did I missing something or mis-remember. Wey was looking for a deal with MDK? First off, I thought JLaw racing was going on, and second, I thought MDK was bankrupt?? or is it a head up butt I am imagining things hump day?

Also, on a side note, the whole Hill to L&M, good for him. I have had a back problem, and if you havent had one, you truely do not realise what it does to you. However, if I had the say so, instead of Windham (hear me out, dont crucify me yet! Im not hating on KW, god forbid) if I wanted interest in the pits(lets be honest, that would be what hes there for, put it in the main and sign autographs), I would go after Lusk. He can still ride, he WANTS to race if its a real effort, notice I didnt say ride, and it would be big news and generate alot of buzz.

how many chances can these guys get? they've been on every team under the sun. no disrespect, but if they were that amazing why have they been let go from every team?

I like it when guys like Moss, Hahn and Goerke get the call and deliver. give the guys who want it a chance, and let the guys who've had a million chances suffer a little.

just my 2 cents.... so many kids keep getting recycled from team to team and the guys who need a shot keep getting swept under the rug.

Sometimes when a guy says "No offers," you might translate it to say, "No offers from a team I'd like to ride for," or, "No offers with competitive equipment." I'm not saying that's what happened with Byrne, but I've heard of similar in the past.

Didn't Matthes say at the US Open that Wey and Bryne were rumored to be riding Kawasaki's???

I think it's great.

Personally I think it's great when any get a job.

Having run things, from my side there has to be more than just the namesake!

In other words you always take the good with the bad, yet over time & overall

the name isn't enough.

Example: Nick Wey......

great guy

good looking

speaks well

awesome riding style...............

But for the last several yrs. in this he's always in the same place.

Regardless of color, the same place.

You can almost throw a dart at it, where he's at all the time.

In other words, like buying produce, one needs FRESH at times.

I respect all who line up to do so, but on my end it's results 1st, pals 2nd.

Though racing isn't like boxing, in these lean times it should be.

When the bell dings, you have to bring it.

Barring that your not 100%, you have to bring it, or your out.

I'm not going to name names, but many to me seem to be riding, not racing.

I look to everything...........

The bike, crew, team, the guys attitude, health & program.

I'm all for 2nd chances as well, even 3rd chances as we're all just human,

but in sports, professional sports, my overlords expect results.

If there's none, then it's all on me.
