Why do you say kinda harsh on him? Those exact people the cops are talking about in the article are out of control. Riding on sidewalks and weaving in and out of people. Only time until an innocent little kid gets hit and killed. Imagine if it was your 4 or 5 year old child holding your hand and asshole comes along and kills him. Got what they deserved. Don't ride on streets or sidewalks, don't ride without helmet, don't run from the police and everything would be just fine. I personally would add don't steal dirt bikes from people who have worked their ass off to pay for them too but that's not a fact in the stroy, just in my mind.Crashinskinoff wrote: http://www.dnainfo.com/new-york/20120812/hunts-point/dirt-bike-rider-killed-after-police-car-rear-ends-him-hunts-point

THIS^ What do these dirtbags expect. They are riding streets and sidewalks like madmen. Ignorantly ignoring the fact that they are selfishly endangering all of the citizens on the streets. But then when something like this happens everyone should feel sorry for him? No sir.MBR wrote: 28 years old KID? True, but did the punishment fit the crime in this case? Not exactly.MBR wrote: 28 years old KID? For me under 16 is a kid, but at age of 28 you should be responsible for your actions and be prepared to face the consequences what ever they might be.

I realize every time I throw a leg over my bike I could die. Why is this any different?BR_HERO wrote: True, but did the punishment fit the crime in this case? Not exactly.

Now what?
That was not his punishment, it sounds like it was an unfortunate accident. It would be like the police chasing an armed robber on foot and the guy falls down an open man hole. I have no reason to believe the police intentionally ran him over. If that we're the case it would be a completely different story.BR_HERO wrote: True, but did the punishment fit the crime in this case? Not exactly.

he wasnt run over. he was bumped. if he had a helmet on chances are he'd still be alive.Sandberm wrote: I really dont understand how its so hard to figure out who these people are and arrest them at there home or somewhere else that they hang out.
Dude didnt deserve to be run over by a cop car for this, a certain death sentence. This isnt like when the cops bump a dangerous driver of a car off the road and the guy spins out.
Oh well.
