As much as I would like to ride that, just to see how it handles, I don't think I would, because I bet it is terrifying.

Flip the forks around it might be just a tad bit sketchy. Negative trail, you could get hurt just looking at it.

i rode a dudes tecate 3 wheeler and it was scary. that thing was sideways all the time. if you rode it hard, revving it out, you couldnt keep it going in a straight line.

Dude could not stand it anymore and took the training wheel off, now he has to lighten it up and try jumping to fit in with his moto buds

You would think that this rig would solve the 3 wheeler stigma, eh.

I rode an atc250R many years ago, all it wanted to do is wheelie. Very scary machine, I can imagine how scary this thing is. But I want it!!

I started riding my dad's '83 atc250r when I was 7. My dad said if I could start it I could ride it. I only took me about 2 hours to finally start it Smile

I know it's weird but I still want to take it for a loop in the hills probably just a one time deal though. Silly

had some crazy mofo's who got off on those things and one of them bought a tecate so another put an IT-400 in his 200X and called it the 200X'tra. Fuggin thing felt like 100 mph w/stock gearing... Cool

Anyone remember the Honda Fat Cat? It had a 200cc motor but same concept. Damn thing was harder than hell to turn, felt impossible to lean over. They went straight real well.

Oh hell, I give up.

Those were real kits sold to convert the '85 and '86 250r . In the sand, those things were actually fun. I rode one many many moons ago out in Glamis. I couldn't imagine riding one in the dirt though.

The Fat cats were so slow compared to a converted 250r.

OK Lets clear this up a bit. I own a bunch of fat tires and love em, I own two fat cats a Yamaha bw 350, and three BW80's fer the kids. I am going to keep adding them too, they are fun. They dont like to lean over, and yes, its kinda scary at first, but with some seat time you'll get used to it. This missile kit is awesome and I just might snap this up, It's kinda far away though. The fat tires are killer machines for clowning around and once you get used to them you can lean em over pretty good and they do stick, they just fight ya a bit. I also own a LOT of 3 wheelers, the 250r's, tecate's,and the Tri-z's are REALLY fast fun toys to have, if you dont ride it like a bike. I never wad em up and I keep it pinned pretty good, I dont dare to air em out too much though.

When i seen the picture i thought of the Honda Fat Cat,
my friend had one of those in highschool... we laughed at him when he got it... but you know what, it was a blast to ride and he still has it to this day (20years later) and it still runs!!!

i have 3 yamaha big wheel 200's and 1 honda fatcat at my cabin. they make great trail machines for beginners. gf/wives usually end up on them on weekend trail rides. parts are getting hard to find for the bw200's tho.

Not a "fat tire"but ive had more fun a my 93 "cub" in the trails than most big bikes , you can tell if someones ever ridden one by the look on there face when they see it , nobody has ever returned from a ride on it with out a smile on their face !
