Looks like Ping is an official fireman now. That job isn't earned easily. Congratulations Ping!

congrats, a great career choice, be careful on those bikes. Some employers have a probation period, and if you get hurt off the clock. termination. , if its not duty related.

Wonder if he'll get into the whole culture of being a fireman...you know...grow a mustache, drive a red pickup, generic colored dog, chrome poles...shit like that.

He's going to have to work hard to keep that beer belly off. Good for him. Sounds like another successful transition from being a motorcycle superstar to being a clock puncher like the rest of us.

going to the gym like regular people is not a big deal, lazy, and excuses will keep people outa the gym. He will have plenty of time to workout, depending on their shifts.

Yea i know I guess I was thinking more about medics that drive an ambulance but sometimes those guys don't know when they're going to get to squeeze a meal in so their diet suffers.

Congrats Ping. My father inlaw and his brother retired recently. Seemed like they were a pack of frat boys always bbqing and partying like no others. Then with the kelly day, they always had huge off stretches. We vacationed constantly with them. But the tough part is extra tough both physically and emotionally. Those guys see the worst of life. I always wished I had gone for that back in my younger years. Great job for the right people.

Careful there, fella, you'll be called a perv and possibly labeled a sexual predator with that kind of talk.
