Please keep Cody and his family in your thoughts and prayers, as Cody is coming to the end of his long battle with cancer. He and his family are incredible people and the days ahead are going to be very difficult ones for them all. The entire motocross community has touched this family in such a big way over the years with your love, support and generousity. I thank each of you from the bottom of my heart who has helped put a smile on this amazing boys face every year at the St Louis SX and at times in between. Prayers are definitely needed for this family!!

sometimes we don't realize how good we have got it. my sons girlfriend was in a bad car wreck and we have spent a couple of days seeing her at St. Louis Childrens hospital, if you're a believer please say a prayer for all those in need, if not give a few positive thoughts for those less fortunate. his gf will be fine but we saw more than a few who won't.

Very sad to hear. I had thought about Cody a couple weeks back when I came across one of his decals. To have this pop up after I had wondered is a punch in the gut. Cherie, I sent him one of your brother's jerseys that I had as a symbol of someone that got back up after getting knocked down so many times. I hope he drew some strength from the outpouring we in the MX community put forth, especially from you. God bless the Strouts and you.

Cherie, thanks for all the support you have given to Cody and shared with us. I know it has to be really tough, we are here for ya, and thinking good thoughts and prayers for Cody, he is a tough kid and this really is heartbreaking.

My thoughts are with Cody big time! Having a little brother who fought leukemia for years on end , i understand where the family is at right now. Give it hell Cody , and we all hope to see you back out at the track soon!
