Cobra SR conversion

We are about to buy a 2007 king cobra for my nephew to start racing flattrack. The SR comes with a 12 inch front wheel but none of the JR cobra 50's come with an upside down front end until 2012 as we are trying to make this bike have 10 inch wheels front and back so we can have matching tires and wheels. would that front wheel assembly off the 2012 JR bolt right on the 2007 SR ?

The wheels should bolt up, if you're on FB get into the "cobra moto bikes " group, all the know it alls in the Cobra world are on there and can guide you
