Since when? I could Google it, but then there would be no reason for a forum.

Go on, impress everyone with your mastery of SX history.

Yep, yep, I have a short memory. One of them took out the other at Anaheim 1 and Grant won.

I still can't believe they gave RC back his points. Any other rider not in the top 3 would have not seen such mercy.

Man just looking back at these point standings Reed could easily be a 6 time champ by now.
He lost 4 titles by very few points.. 2003 7 pts, 2006 2 pts, 2009 4 pts, 2011 4 pts
And now, 14 years after he lost his first title to RC by 7 points, he's still on it and going for podiums Whistling

Agreed. So many factory guys that haven't touched the podium or even top 5. So props to the old man

Yeah it would. Tomac would be doing beating Roczen too. But that's another conversation unrelated to this topic.

Ok, so once again I'm in trouble for straying off the thread. But wouldn't it be megabafinnballistic if Kenny was in the mix right now?

Ok, since I'm already in trouble around here. Can you imagine if Kenny would have just settled for third? Or for that matter can you imagine how many titles James would have won if he would have settled for third now and then?
