I do not think that is a KTM fender either. Doesnt KTM fender still have the fork tongue look to the front of it? Also those do not look like the wrap around fork guards that KTM runs.

Besides the fender, Honda doesn't use bolts on the inside of the shrouds

Dude that is a Husky front fender......I called this FIRST!!! Whoooo (if im right and it is looking that I may be right) but like I said I called this in both threads way early and I at least deserve a gold star for being ahead of the curve ahahahahahahaha.....he also hinted on his twitter about this

Makes perfect sense plus it'll be identical to Dungey's bike ....re-brand husky with a name like Chad Reed, its a win win for both sides, Chad will make A LOT of money and Husky will benefit from a healthy happy Chad Reed when it comes to making Husky a household name again. PLUS since Husqvarna is technically a separate mfg (while still owned by KTM) Chad could do exactly what Dungey did last year and have a "Chad Reed Replica" TC450 they can use the exemption rue race a full on works bike

He would be able to ride/race a 2015 model KTM/Husky because technically he can ride a pre production bike with the changes KTM plans on making to the 2015 model call it a 2014 1/2 TC450 CR Replica. Also, having Reed on a Husky will keep KTM from being spread too thin as they have a lot of factory or factory supported teams as it is.....ANNNNND he could likely get a teammate for 22 racing FINALLY.

Again KTM/Husky will have a lot of money behind this effort so Reed could get himself a pretty big name rider as a teammate. What KTM is doing is pure genius and I applaud them....maybe just maybe Reedy will ride the 2 stoke at a round in SX after the title has been wrapped up oooohhhh that 300 in SX would be suh-weeeet a factory KTM/Husky 250 2 stroke could do quite well in SX with a rider like Chad on the bike as opposed to the outdoors ....yet another marketing windfall.

Oh and did I mention that he will be reunited with Roger Decoster? Yep theres that too......

Those look like Ohlins forks .....no? I surely hope he doesnt run Ohlins suspension on his TC450 they havent has ANY success in SX, it would be cool if he were somehow able to run Showa suspension on the bike and since his team is separate entity from the factory itself i'd imagine he would have a much easier chance of pulling that off.....KTM seems like they would be cool enough to let him run different suspension as long as he is running up front. The Japanese mfg's are really strict on this subject and even if he had a commanding points lead lapping up to 2nd every race Honda still wouldnt let that happen.

Even though the new TC450 will be a carbon copy of the 450sx which run WP suspension I wonder if they (Husky) will run WP or KYB....with the previous owner they did run KYB but this is a different ball of wax entirely since its a KTM with white plastics ...

We all know the current 450sx is a great bke and I also am a firm believer in the steel frame....me thinks Chad will gel with the steel frame as he liked the YZ frame abefore it went aluminium although the parity of the bikes (YZ 2 stroke vs TC450sx) isnt even comparable I think the steel frame is highly under-appreciated............ next year will be a good year for Team TwoTwo

Huh??? I dont see what you are saying, I meant that I came up with the exact same thing I just posted, last week in the other threads before anyone else had mentioned it. It was just a thought that to me made perfect sense and I didnt hear it anywhere I was just thinking about the situation and realized that this may be a great strategy

And fork guards. It's clearly a KTM front fender, radiator shrouds and fork guards but the forks look like factory Showa's to me. At least that's my guess.

I've read through this whole thing and all I can figure out from it is Canard is changing his # to 450 sometime in the next couple years. BlinkBlinkBlinkBlink
