Found this on Facebook, Chad Reed wanting a RM 250 for sx race in Australia. Think this a hint he'll be on a Suzuki next year in the states? Makes me wonder, just thought I'd throw it out there.

Hopefully who ever lets him borrow one doesn't try to sell it after haha, on the other hand it would be cool to see him race the 2 stroke if that's the plan.

Its not for him, I'm guessing there is going to be a guest appearance by a particular rider in at the Aus-Xopen. I did suggest an RC guest appearance/exhibition race with Reed in the RC thread, he will be in Australia around the same time.......Perhaps wishful thinking but I'd love to see it happen.

My first post. Let me introduce myself.. Hello, my name is Calamity. Nice to meet you.

Anyway, lurked the board for years and just wanted to join and say - I'd love to see him race an RM250 in the Aussie race!... or any other 2 stroke! I've actually had this crazy idea of him working a deal to ride a KTM 250SX FE. Small salary, but HUGE bonus structure race to race to put it on the box. (450 Supercross)

Yeah, I know that bike doesn't exist...

Reed just posted something earlier with one of his original Boost YZs and something to the tune of "the band getting back together". I would say there is a very chilly chance in hell you will see him riding an RM.

Probably James just doing a parade lap on an RM cause he can't ride his RMZ from his ankle...

If it was for RC, I think RC still has his 250 2 smoke from back in, 05, I believe. He could ship it out if needed. Maybe he's just pulling JS's chain a bit.....
