somebody explain this ?

We plan to appeal.... especially since I received both WADA and USADA approvals that prove I’m not cheating...

That's what I don't get either! FIM seems to have another agenda. And yes I agree, there needs to be a penalty, but 16 months?, that's BS!

he "cheated" the rule book. seems out of context as to what wada/usada is explaining to him regarding "drug" cheating.

NBA and NFL players cannot play during an appellate process. I'm sure that goes for most sports.

I know you do. I follow you on Strava and it only makes me feel more guilty about my own cycling. At least I got 4 more months of winter to blame my poor efforts on.

What kind of hair-splitting are we doing here?

If you're suspended, they're not going to accept an entry, which means you don't line up, you don't race, you don't get scored...
