Looks like a clean bike in good shape. Wish I could find an excuse to buy it.

Best rear suspension ever...and the worst fork ever.

What a thing of beauty. Bikes from the 80's were the best.

Mine a 1979 YZ80 -- it was six years old when I bought it.

Sorry, Newmann's checking account looks like some high school kids right now! That is a good deal though and the post vintage class that those compete in can be pretty damn intense.

Newman, there's a decent '84 YZ250 for sale around here for $325. Getting warmer? Smile

My first real race bike was a used 82' RM 125....and I loved that thing! God.....the school of hard knocks in remembering some of the wrecks I had on that thing when I was 16 and indestructible! Good times man....good times!

Unfortunately I was a very loyal Suzuki rider and I had an 83 rm 80 as well. It was miles better than my 82 RM 80 but still way below par compared to the 83 KX80. I used to cry to my pops about getting me a green bike. We had a real good sponsor at Van Nuys suzuki and I remember my dad saying when I can find a Kawi dealer to give me a KX 80 for $300 in the crate he'd buy me one..lol

I made the switch from yellow to green in 83 like the rest of the mini world. Those KX's were like cheating compared to the suzuki I had in 82.
