Hell yea! I am in my third week (3 days a week) of crossfit and it's all about suffering.

I already feel like I am in better shape from it. The first week I actually thought I would be able to do it but now I look forward to the workouts.

I heard that he wanted to get all the training under one roof. Figured they would get their own gym and a regular type trainer.

They def won't be doing the daily Crossfit.com WOD. It will be a well thought out training program regardless of what they try and label it.

My girlfriend is really into Crossfit. I went to Crossfit class with her one time. After that I decided that it's not my thing...

If you think they dont hit legs, you are sadly mistaken.. almost every movement they do incorporates their legs... clean, snatch, wall ball, thrusters, assault bike, rower...

Crossfit programming is probably the closest to ideal gym work for a Motocrosser. Add some LISS cardio like jogging or cycling, a solid heaping of recovery and you have a killer athlete that is perfect for Moto.

By the way, I am a competitive 6'2" 235lb classic physique bodybuilder, so I am most certainly not biased towards CrossFit.
