Sorry for posting this in here! It's just a urgent problem I need fixing ASAP

As title mentions, my 2015 crf450 squeal/squeaks through the airbox when trying to start the bike (which for some reason is now much harder to start)
Once it does start up the noise goes (unless I just can't hear it over the bike) the bike recently melted the ignition inside the flywheel cover because I lost all water from braking the radiator.

Head and barrel had absolutely NO damage, checked very thoroughly. Replaced all broken parts and replaced piston. Valves and clearances all fine too. Bike also fluctuates when idling. Compression all fine too. If you could help me ASAP would be very thankful as I have my current championship to contend this Sunday.

I do have a video but won't let me upload it from my phone!

Thanks in advance for any help!

Is the Airfilter cage seated well? Did you check all the seals?

450's already sounded like pigs, now they're squealing too?

I'm not a scientist or anything but it sounds to me like a chipmunk in the air box. Did you check that?

Did you check the camshaft and the journals for heat damage from being hot? Maybe squeak is cam trying to lock up.

Remove the air filter / cage to see if noise goes away. I would suspect a bearing as Jerry Atrick mentioned.

Most likely not related to your squeal but just a heads-up to you and other 2015 CRF450 owners. 5th gear on my new (10 hours) 2015 grenaded a couple days ago. Not sure if there is anything you can do on the preventative side but Honda said they have seen this on other 2015's.

Sounds like a bearing to me as well. Did you ever split the cases and check the crank mains after that meltdown? I'd have to think that an ignition melting may have been hot enough to damage the seal. The spring is on the inside so you might not see it with the flywheel off. I just had to do a complete teardown on my 2010 after the previous owner had been running the chain too Damn tight, and the countershaft bearing ate itself. You can have the whole thing done in a week if you start on a Saturday or Friday night.

when i refreshed the top end on my '07 CRF450 i accidentally got one tooth off on the timing chain, made it a motherfucker to try to start and once it was running it kept popping, backfiring, and generally running like shit, i was lucky to not grenade the motor. make sure when you put her back together you cross your T's and dot your I's.
