Who out there makes the best butt patches at a reasonable price. I want to have a couple custom ones made and then I would like to have a Kawasaki one made for the back of the legs. I always thought that looked killer.

Anyways, who out there has had good luck getting them made?

Thanks!

I want to know where the gear companies get theirs made. I used to get some from No Fear that were die-cut and had a three dimensional texture, ie the letters in HONDA were raised against the outline.

Anybody know who makes the thick rubber patches they run vertically down the legs? It seems it's someone outside the gear companies, because different gear makers have identical patches.

I see that bumpatches.com does make them that go down the side of the leg but they are just butt patches that they turn on end. I know what I would like is the Kawasaki going down the leg much like the pros. Might have to have one of the above companies make something custom or try to contact one of the gear companies and see if they could help.

You don't need one if they already have skid marks.

Factory Effex has what you want. It s called rider i.d. Kit for 29.95. The kawasaki part # is 08-82110. You get iron on logos for your jersey and molded 8"-10"" patches to sew on pants. I never bought just happen to see in the new fx catalog and they look high quality.

I still have some Honda patches that my rep at No Fear sent to me back in the day when I had a support deal... they aren't rubber, they are a 3-D vinyl type material, exactly to what you would find on the legs of RC or RV or any of the factory riders And yes, they must all come from the same place because I cannot imagine that the setup is cheap.
