Well hey.....it looks as though he proved that he WAS actually prescribed the meds , and it was just a paper work error. And since that's the case.....then HELLS YEAH!!......I'm glad we'll see him back in action!
If the TUE was accepted then he'll be able to stay on his prescription and still race come Jan 3rd. I'm sure there are other riders out there that have to use meds as well , but they had their TUE's filed and accepted.
This is good news for SX and MX.....weather you are a fan of James or not. Dude needs to be out there!
Happy for James! And BTW.....money means nothing to WADA. He or his team didn't buy their way out of anything.
So he still is waiting on the penalty for his violation but is cleared for future racing with adderall?
It sounds like next week is the actual hearing , and then he'll be clear to race anything after that. AMA , FIM , ......basically anything if WADA lifted it.
Wow. What a joke. If this was Jimmy Albertson or Cody Gilmore, they aren't racing in 2015. Unreal. Money talks I guess.
So true. Pretty much anyone that wasn't a 'top tier' rider, would be nailed to the wall.
Still, we will see whatt happens with this 'trial'. Slap on the wrist, I daresay.Be it a warning, or a fine. A fine would have to be massive, to have any effect on JS.
What is interesting is the wording of :"A second TUE has also been accepted by USADA" - that implies there was a first TUE. A 'new' development / reveal in this saga, or the usual bad writing we see from so many journalist sources in the Motorcycle press / sites?

The field is in trouble.
He's been on the gate for a while
