Blake looking great in the first Moto, then didn't see too much of him the rest of the night, wondering if there was an interview with him after the event to see how things worked for him. He did look a little taller than last time remembering seeing on the Suzuki, looks like he may have grown in height a bit like chinchilla ?

He got a really weird riding style and body position with those arms on the ktm. Need to get used to that haha. First moto rode great and staying close with the big boys. He lost some time on the first lane after the start with not tripple on the table.

First race on the KTM and he didn't want to pull a Roczen?

I saw him bobble in a few turns, but overall I thought he looked more like a natural fit on the KTM. And yes, for some reason he looked taller.

I thought Blake looked good riding and his gear. I hated that huge helmet he wore.

He's a small guy but fit that bike great. He will be alright.

Hope he does well. I really like watching him ride. No flash to that boy. Sticks to the fundamentals and gets the job done.

I do t recall but when he was killing it outdoors on the 250 I'd believe it. 450 SX I don't think I've ever seen him.

Moto 7 the movie, first segment with Blake and Kenny. He scrubs like a mofo on every jump.

Edit: Sorry, I missed the part where you referred to SX, my bad.

Do you guys remember that year at Freestone when he was launching that wall jump? Amazing!

I really want to see him get through SX healthy so he can show what he's got outdoors.

On those flat corners he looked a bit weird IMO

Blake seems to be the last of the old school "outdoor specialists" as that's where his skill set shines. I feel like he's almost timid on a SX track, or at least not as willing to hang it out as much as some guys are.

He stopped wearing the neck brace when he came back from injury during the Nationals. Definitely makes him look a little different on the bike. For a first race on a KTM I thought he looked pretty good.

I'm assuming he was on a 450 but I truly believe he would excel on the 350. If you look at his speed/lap times when he was on 250s, especially outdoors when he was winning a lot, he was often at or near the fastest rider on the track in either class. Although they have similar top HP, the 350 is far more forgiving allowing a rider to hang it out a bit more, which is exactly where Baggett shines. Probably won't happen but it would be cool to see.

Do you also remember that WFO pass he made going into a corner at the same track? Fucking badass

Maybe he didnt want to send the bike end over end down the track first race.

When you hang it out you can get a skeeter on your peter.

That wasn't Freestone. I think it was Spring Creek but could be wrong.

His leap into the Texas 12 pack at Freestone was even crazier on TV. That looked so SKETCHY!

KTM's are one of the more compact 450's I believe? Maybe that's why he looks smaller on the bike. Definitely a good debut ride for him on orange Evil
