Bloss to BTO/KTM in '17

Surprised nobody else has posted about it from last night's Pulp show. Forrest Butler announced that Benny Bloss has signed onto the BTO (or maybe soon to be Rocky Mountain)/KTM team for 2017...will be riding 250 East Coast and 450 Motocross. Good for Benny!

Regardless, that's great news for Benny. His results since joining that team have been impressive.

That dude is one TALL sum bitch!
My guess would be this isn't a sign of BTO/KTM (i'm still calling it that) now joining the 250 class...but instead them recognizing they have a talent on their hands and instead of throwing him into the "deep end" aka 450 in SX, he'll probably do one season in SX on the 250 to get some experience and go from there.

Geico/FC Honda isn't a 450 team either...but they have made that jump when they see the value of helping out Hahn, Bogle, etc..

Stoked for Bloss! Nice to see him land on a good team

for sx in 2017 I personally think he will wax ass. Just up the mapping a tad and he will be good. I heard on the show that he was not that heavy even tho he was that tall so I think it will be good. He rides like he has something to prove and thats a good thing.

He'll have an honest chance on a KTM Factory Services 250 versus the privateer stuff he had in '16.

Big Rig will be on Works FC KTM stuff in 250E and the Works FC 450MX stuff outdoors

Hmmmm.......does this mean that Davi will do SX only and then head back to Canada or will they be a 3 man 450 team outdoors again in 17?

Very cool.
Maybe he'll do some 450 SX on the opposite coast or fill in if another guy gets injured.

It is a really good move for him and his team. A solid winter with training partners, and I see him as a title/podium threat in a couple years, like Malcom Stewart.

Benny's a good dude. My friends and I got the opportunity to film and interview some of the guys that train at RTC a few weeks ago and I put together a little edit of Benny soon after we interviewed him. His form on the bike looks pretty aggressive and he's tall as hell (if you didn't already know) and I think that really suits him on the 450. And you can see he's gained a ton of confidence while moving up the ladder in terms of results. I'm hoping we'll see more of him in the spotlight in the coming years!

Watching videos from last year at Loretta's, I had a damn good feeling this kid was going places. He had so much raw speed. Glad to see him get a good ride for next year.
