Does anyone have a set of black wheels laying around that they'd be willing to part ways with? Been thinking about throwing a pair on my 02 cr.

What's your plan for hubs? If you don't want/ can't afford billet hubs just plasti-dip the rims for a few bucks and call it a day.

Not that I can't afford it, just hate spending that much on something just for looks. Wanted to check on here to see if anyone had a nice set they weren't using before popping off for some brand new ones.

Fair enough. They look awesome. But indeed pricey. I know someone that has a set of nearly new RAD wheels and hubs on their RM250 for sale. From what I understand they can be used on other bikes. The hubs are gold though.....

Unless u need wheels because the ones you have are broke, why not put that money into race entrys, gas, and regular maintenace items?

The money you guys waste nowadays on looking cool rather then going fast is mind bogling.

Well they're not broke, but they've definitely seen better days (12 years old). It's a bike I picked up off Craigslist (not my main bike), tore down to the frame, and completely rebuilt, so basically everything maintenance wise has been replaced. The only thing that really needs attention now, is the wheels, hence the thread, but thanks for your input, Old man.

If they'll fit, I'd definitely be interested. That's actually the combo I was wanting to go with.

Anyone have experience with the DUBYA EVO wheels?

899 for a set seems like the best deal out there, just bummed you can't get the mag hubs as an option!

I'll check those out!

JW how do you ever find time to ride out in Eugene, I would sit my old butt at the Ninkasi Brewery patio everyday if I lived there!!!

I too was too cheap but wanted to try black rims.
I had some vinyl laying around that I cut into strips and covered the outer parts of my rims.
And for what it cost me I am really happy about it.
Don't know hot they hold up yet due to a clutch basket that looks like jaws.
Let me know if you like it and want me to make a little guide to stop you from making the mistakes I made.
cheers

I love seeing a sick bike in the garage, makes the cash I spend on it well worth it.

Don't think RM wheels will fit the Honda. Different spoke count I believe. Appreciate it though.

Jeffro, they're all yours man!
