Don't see where this has been posted before but thought you guys would enjoy some brainless fun. John Gregory, founder of JT sent to me.

Have a good weekend all!

Is it a prerequisite for anybody using a 2x6" board have a cigarette hanging out of their mouth when loading their quads? Thanks for sharing, that was a fun one!

I think everyone has failed at one point loading/unloading.

One day I was loading in the rain decided not to ride up like usual because the bed was really slick. Set my stand next to the ramp got a head of steam and when I stepped on the stand my foot slid right off shin smashed the tailgate, bike fell to the side of the bed putting a nice big scratch on the outside from the clutch lever. Felt like an idiot that day..

Anyone riding a 600 lb street bike into a truck is asking for trouble.

Makes you wonder why people film themselves trying to load their bike. Hmm...

Rick Sieman (Super Hunky) tells some hilarious tales of bike loading in his book "Monkey Butt"...

...loading bike in van when ramp slips sideways as bike is getting pushed up and slamming shin into trailer hitch...

or...

...reaching across bars pulling second tie-down INSIDE van when OTHER worn out tie-down decides to release on it's own and front suspension uncompresses pinning his head and throat from the crossbar against the ceiling of the van...hilarious.

I was alone early in the morning loading up and did the same thing........I got 14 stitches on my shin as a reward for the error in judgement. Not a proud moment.......

I had an unload mishap once, where the ramp slipped out and I saved the bike but broke my heel........from then on I put the straps on to hold the damn thing in place.

Heard a story years ago about a guy that had been sowing grass seed with a quad. Rides the quad up in the truck just fine, slams on the brakes and the extra battery on the front rack goes flying through the back window of the truck.

I sold an 03 YZ125 a couple years back. I put it on craigslist, the group of people who came to pick it up showed up in a minivan. none the less I watched 3 little mexican dudes shove this bike into the back of their mini van. I wish i would of taped that. talk about hilarious.

When the Nissan Titan first came out I watched a guy, at a local track, repeatedly spit the ramp out from under the rear tire of his XR 650 and destroy the tail gate, after about the 5th or 6th failed attempt and after denying people to help he finally gave up and accepted the help.

yep, I'm sure everybody has a loading screw up story.
I was loading my atv by riding it up a ramp to my pick em up truck and the safety harness to hold the ramp still snapped and the ramp shot out the back. I fell back - didn't hurt the atv, but smashed the tailgate pretty good. scared the piss out of me.

those guys riding street bikes up ramps are just dumb.

I used to help my dad deliver street bikes and cruisers when we worked at a dealership. We were delivering Triumph, Ducatis and Victories. The sport bikes were pretty easy because they were short and had enough clearance with the the right ramps. Most of the Victories were longer and lower. We had an 8 foot strong ramp we used but we would still have to put a big block under the end of the ramp and lift the cruisers over the ramp where it meets the bed

any of you guys ever unload the bike by sitting on the seat and just rolling backwards on the ramp?

that's how i always unload my bike, but the 2nd or 3rd time i ever did it i acidentally kicked her into gear going backwards and ate shit. broke my clutch perch. didn't have a spare so i had to load up and go home. pretty pathetic really.

I rode my 250F up a metal ramp once. It was one of the narrow ones, less than a foot wide, and I made it, but I remember feeling like I was kind of flirting with disaster i.e. Peelout style, break something and have to go home. So now I just run it up in there like a dweeb.

man, the fact alone that they got that far is amazing. but the guys laugh right at the end is the best.
because why wouldn't a few strips of lumber held up by half a pallet and some old shitty car wheels be enough to support a little hatchback?? man, natural selection is a lazy ass these days.

I had a friend, (very accident prone), who was using the Ratchet style tie-downs. He was in the process of releasing the tie-downs with his chin just above the bars... Bang! Amazingly he didn't get knocked out completely and kept all his teeth.

Same story here, but it was one guy and I was selling my wife's quad. He had to unbolt the rear bench seat to get it in there, but it worked.
