To go along with the dissappointing mx/sx purchase thread, this will can be about products you bought that exceeded your expectaions.
Gaerne SG10's are a fantastic boot. A bit pricey, but I have no complaints.
AGV AX8 helmet, the thing is stupid light and fits my brain like a glove....and you can get them very reasonable.
2003 kx250 I did a little engine work along with very minor suspension mods, and have never felt more comfortable/gone faster on any kid I have ever owned. These bikes got a bad reputation but it was by far the best bike I have ever owned.

Gaerne SG10
Bell Moto 9
Shift gear
No Toil filter oil & cleaner
at the races, I bought a Northern industries pressure washer, like 500.00 back then, my Dad & I went & got plastic 55 gal drum & all the fittings & hoses. Used it at home & at the races for 20 yrs!, pressure washer engine finally gave up, I still use the same 55 gal drum, hoses & fittings! I use it ALOT, Dad is gone now but, always think of him when I load up the drum for the races!
Factory Connection suspension
Renthal Twinwalls
anything Works Connection
Fox Instinct boots
Pit Row
Cheaper than most brands, yet they are the only gear brand I've used for a full racing season, that hasn't had any problems.
I got two pairs (1 white, and 1 black) for about $250 with shipping from UK, and they are the most comfortable boots I've used, lol.
After that I got an Alias sponsorship, no longer sponsored, but the gear was really good, maybe not as long-lasting, but they kept some of the good stuff from NoFear.
Shoei VFX-W fits my head perfectly and been in love since.
Pretty much all of my purchases in MX has been good, and I don't have alot to complain about, but I was pretty bummed my Asterisk braces were torn up after one season only (the first model they did. I bet they're better by now.)
AXO A2 Boots
Shift gear very good.
Klotz 2stroke oil. The best
Fasstco flex bars! What a wonderful product!
Oakley Airbrake, expensive to get into, practically everything is replaceable ( foam/strap/lens ) & vision especially peripheral is amazing.
M102 Bridgestone rear, climbs amazing well & really stable in tree roots, wears well to.
Grab handle that uses muffler mounts on KTM, looks tidy & super handy.
2) Shoei VFX-W
3) Magura hydraulic clutch (I've tried rekluse auto clutches, I prefer full manual with an easy consistent pull)
4) No toil cleaner - I can wash filters in the kitchen sink.
5) SG12 boots
6) IMS bigfoot footpegs - super strong, wide, and sharp
7) IMS oversized gas tanks
8) Scotts stabilizer - Don't know it's there until you clip a tree WFO or hit a hidden root/rock/square edge and it saves you from busting your rear.
9) Bridgestone front tires - I explore brands in the rear but up front I always go with bridgestone. Awesome feel with great grip.
