450Class:17-9!
Been a rough first half of the season for Ben and his family, nice to see him finally catch a break and have a top 10 moto on what should be considered his home track since its the closest National to Alaska.
Be another good Yam fill in rider with Hill and Hepler out.....

Also hats off to another Alaskan in the 250F class Jerry Lymburner scored a 27-25 for a 27th. Not exactly blowing anyones minds, but he has been in Alaska working just showed up and raced it on a barrowed bike.

We practiced with him awhile ago and was just asking about him tonight when we were racing! I think the 450 was a bad choice! Hes a great rider!

He had almost ZERO time to get used to the FACTORY bike let alone get along with riding a 450 after being on a borrowed 250f from his GF give the kid a break granted he didn't set the world on fire but with a little more time and races I think he coulda cracked the top ten

Granted but Lamay already is on a 450 Yam just seems more like a logical choice.

Each rider was riding the same brand bike as before and same class.
Also willing to bed they all had more seat time on the bikes

(Not sure about Albertson)

At the speed it takes to run at this level it's very different.

There could have been a bunch of interesting choices. Scott was there, available, and willing to do it. He also improved throughout the day.

We'll have more about his experience later this week. Smile

Please stop with the "borrowed bike"

It doesn't count as an excuse and it doesn't get you extra credit.

Right place right time.
