With Jeremy winning the 250 championship, all of the focus turns to (obviously 450's) cooper webb and blake baggett for 2nd place. with only a couple of points separating the two competitors, what if everyone's thoughts on how Utah will turn out?

Musquin is just 7 points from Baggett and 5 points from Webb.

Great battle for second, Would be cool for Webb to get 2nd back since he was the strongest contender early on, hate for him to learn this lesson. Would also like to see Musquin get it though just because I like the guy and he was struggling with the comeback first half of the series. Baggetts cool, just not my favorite.

I'm not a huge Baggett fan but I think the next round may be all #4.

I have to agree, Utah fits his style for sure. Although Webb seems like he digs the wide open tracks also.

Looks like this may be the most interesting storyline going into the last race. I'd love to see Yamaha go 1-2 in the championship.

Marvin goes 1 - 1 for the OA and claims the runner-up position. Wink

As good as he has been these past couple of rounds, I do not see him winning. Maybe 3rd. Cooper has 2nd in his sights and is willing to do whatever it takes. He is a fierce competitor. Last round, everyone will be hanging off the bike trying to get 2nd OA. Going to be the best race, i think, that this season has seen

Coop, Marv, Blake. That's how I want it to go.

I'd put Cooper in front of Bagget this weekend just based on the starts. Webb will start up front and Bagget will be playing catch up all day.

I think that Baggett and Marvin are faster than webb right now so in a one race situation, I'll take one of them

Well. Couple of bad get offs for webb but other than that, webb has proven he is faster.

Priorities people priorities ....
How good are the hookers in Wendover?

and ... how cool would it be to have another dust storm one week after the deluge...
For what it's worth .... Webb by a freakin mile...

Depends on who is 'feeling it' on race day, but if the three of them get similar starts, I'd say 25, 4, 37.

I think Baggett has lost a lot of motivation these past couple rounds since his bike blew up. However last round does mean something for mindset the following year. Watch moto 1 last year of the final round 250's and listen to Emigs comments as Martin and Webb show what they got for 2014.

I can't believe nobody is picking Martin. I say he claims the overall to put an exclamation point on the end of the season.

EDIT: I get that this thread is about the runner-up, but people are also talking about who will win the OA.
