I said this an another thread, but i've decided it's need it's own thread. Your song and dance is getting old and worn out and i'm pretty sure others on here feel the same.

I've got a KTM 250SX and a KX450 and both are great bikes. One thing you guys keep forgetting is most of you are too damn old fat and ot of shape to ride a 2-stroke like it needs to be ridden to go fast for an extended period.

Your so fixated on how light they are and cheap to maintain, but i'd bet money most of you would pull of the track after 2 laps on the KTM250SX, trust me I know...lol

Ride what you want to ride, but I will say this, if you tight asses keep buying old used clapped out 2003 CR250's, the manufacturers won't do shit about bringing 2-strokes back.

No shit. I would much rather buy a used 125 smoker than a shiny new 250f or 450f. What message does that send to the OEM's? Wink

Meanwhile back at the staff meeting in Japan.....hey guys, what is the possibility of us manufacturing used 125's?? That seems to be what's selling these days!!! Woohoo

I just picked up a mint, ultra low hour '99 RM125 for $900. I've gotten to the point where I'd rather own 8 mint condition used bikes than 1 new 2012 bike.

Independent of how many laps you ride lower weight and cheaper maintenance are still positives. I ride at LEAST 3 laps, boom.

im looking for a low hour mint 89 CR125 and 250.... I know everyone wants the 86/87 but that was the first shiny brand new bike I ever owned. I saved for months working at McDonalds.... I think that would pretty bad ass!

My 2 stroke and I with the holeshot in a moto a few years ago. I currently race a YZ250 and I get less tired on it than a 450cc 4 stroke.

machine... I like where your heads at but you don't have enough fire power to fight this battle. I perfer thumpers for my own reasons but I'm not against smokers either. I say just ride a bike your comfortable on and have fun... this debate shit gets old.

This whole thing was never about which bikes are better. 4-strokes are badass machines, no one is debating that. Machine just came out of nowhere and started throwing out insults. 4-strokes are already accepted by everyone, so why do we need to crusade for them. If everything was reversed then all the crying b-tches saying shut-up about 2-strokes could get on their little pansy wagon and start whining, but why now?

most of us are old and fat yes thats rite me too old and fat, got it.
i bought a 11 yz 250 2t last spring and i raced it in the old and fat class in NESC i holeshot some motos and i was was having fun on it, then we went to my local track (crow hill) i got another good start and got pulled in the sand section by some fat old dudes on 4 strokes so the next week i pulled out my wicked mint 08 crf 450 and i got the same exact results, so i paaaaked the 450and bought a 12 yz 250 2t ist way more fun of a bike and your opinion sucks ass, so there and i just wanted to put in another "i love two srtokes " reply just to piss some one off i dont really care who
o ya and i can ride an hour straight on either the 450 or the two banger

You have to remember that these guys can get in serious trouble mentioning the word 2-stroke, especially a factory Honda rider. It's called damage control.

I bought a 12 250sx because I was always faster on my 2007 yz250 except for Swan which is a wide ass open track. Too solve that I'm ordering a 2012 TM300.

I currently have a pretty clean 125 Honda for sale. 2007.

the "lets trade" offers come in daily. hahahahahha EVERYone of those dudes are wanting to trade thier ticking time bombs for our 125. not that it matters in this worthless thread, but figured i would post that information anyway,.
