Im pretty sure ATL 2 is going to be a 90's throwback race. I heard it mentioned in the A1 press conference, but have not read anything further about it. Anyone recall hearing that?

Not sure. My company has a box at the Ga Dome and we are getting our tickets, not sure if one or both.

I can't decide. I never order tickets before hand. I just go the day of and just buy some. They have always had them so they should this time as well. Problem is so many on our hold from outside sources that never get released and sold so that might be an issue but I have gotten really good seats by just walking up the day of the event to the ticket counter.

I'm only going to ATL2. That said I got an email the other day offering 50% off tickets for either race. Of course I had already bought mine. My assumption is that the 50% off is being offered because tickets sales are slow. Just use the code EPICATL on the Ticket Master website when purchasing.

Yes, typically sold out but pretty sure it wasn't last year. It was close but not sold out.

I tried to use that code for ATL2. It wouldn't work for me so I rang ticketmaster. Turns out it's too long. So if anyone wanted to use it take off the L. It's actually EPICAT. secondly it doesn't work for all 200 and 300 seats like the email suggests, only the crappier end of stadium seats. So after about 30 minutes of messing around I gave up on that discount. Frustrating

Probably Atlanta 2 since I'm in Raleigh and it's a 6 hour drive. Would like to attend both but may be difficult.

Hopefully both but definitely going to Atlanta 1. By the looks of ticketmaster the sells do looks slower than in years past. I think both will be well attended but hard to believe it will be 95% full both weekends. If they one race in February and one in April it would help.

I'm going to Both. Tickets are super fair pricewise there and I went to it last year and had a blast. I live in TN now and it's only a 4 hour drive. Getting a hotel for after each night and coming home on Sunday. Can't wait! Club level seats were only 70 dollars AFTER fees too. Excited.

Braves and Falcons both getting new stadiums in 2017. Ga Dome was built in 93 and Turner Field in 96. Unbelievable really.

I agree the dome is nice. Way to nice to demolish. Wish we had it in Alabama.

The new dome is going to be sweet. They already have renderings of it and the design ready. It will have an open dome much like Dallas that they can open and close. Will also have TVs wrapping around the whole stadium like a curved design. It will be nice to watch SX on a good weather day out in the open.

The dome had to go. If Falcons want to grow and host a Superbowl they needed to build a new one.

im trying to go to both rounds , prolly end up going to ATL 1 , ATL sx is always on my birthday weekend now this year its on my actual birth date , the 21st SmileSmile
