Epic battle between Desprey and Boog
1 Desprey
2 Boog
3 Lenoir
4 Soubeyras
5 Teillet
Mx1 race 2 Teillet was leading early and opened a decent gap before Lenoir catch up and made the pass for the win.
Mx2 race 2 Charbonneau took the holseshot but Boisrame passed him quickly and built a decent lead he kept till the end.
Was good to see guys like Mickaël Pichon, Sébastien Pourcel and Steven Frossard in the paddock.
Fonvieille and Benistant were really fast in the 125 class.
Boisrame was hauling, and was clearly the fastest guy in MX2, if not the fastest of anyone.
Weltin was riding aggressive, not over his head but fun to watch.
MX2 was stacked, like 40 riders within 5 seconds a lap.
Teillet was very impressive in time practice, not so much during the races.
I saw Josse Sallefranque (Honda SR team manager) yelling at one of the officiers who did not use the blue flag when Boog was coming through lappers while he had Desprey was right behind him. I don't really know what to think about it...
Desprey by the way, was riding very good in race 1 and was a really good surprise as pretty much nobody picked him for the win.
Greg Aranda, MX1 current champion, was off all day long.
