This weekends past race, After the finish line in the heats riders where "quading" into the section then tripling out, but in the main no one was doing it.... why? did they determine it was to dangerous and downsized the lip of the first jump?

Just watched it over again and saw Reed doing it in his heat race win....

Sorry if it was already discussed....

I noticed that too and im guessing you had to go a little farther out to do that and it gave someone that inside line to cut them off so therefore wasnt worth the effort, since most were tripling on just 10 ft short of the quad.

Maybe wasn't faster? Also the track dried up pretty slick. Maybe that was a factor?

I think it was too slick right before the take off. Not sure if the line they were using was gone after the lites main.
