Here is my Blown Up 2002 Yz 125 shoved in the corner, I plan on "restoring" It

I found a cylinder that was for sale on a Facebook Dirtbike/ATV (Clapped Out Junk) Swap site for $50
the cylinder does not come with power valves but I have them in the other junk cylinder.
I am waiting on the new topend I started on cleaning up the pipe tonight

I ordered A Piston and gasket kit off of motosport.

While I am waiting on the new topend I started on cleaning up the pipe tonight

before

after

So my question is does anyone else have a "project" they plan on unloading during tax time?

I'm restoring my 96 YZ, but not selling it . The frame is getting PC'd at the moment so I will start assembly this weekend. Going to sell my 07 CRF250R this spring so I can get an 06+ RM250/YZ250.

Yep. my 1981 CR125R Elsinore should be finished in a couple of months. I plan on taking it to the vintage races next spring and see what I can get out of it.

What do you plan on doing with the frame? I was going to sand and paint mine myself, but after all the cleaning I had to do on my bike I just got it powdercoated.

I always use lime away with scotch bright pads. Use gloves when you use it but works awesome. For the pipe cleaning that is.

Nope, might try to race in the future just don't have enough time/money with college atm. Can't wait to test out my 125 in the spring I was losing a fair amount of power.

Project wise, I will be tackling my stock/mod klx 110. The thing has sat for a few years, and it is too nice not to be running again!
I am also contemplating selling my '12 kx250f for a new Honda 250. I am trying to convince a few of my buddies to do bike builds at the same time so we can have a build off.

The number 13 yz250 is mine. I think I will be forced to sell it. It was a ground up project going in the man cave, but instead we had a surprise baby and the man cave is a bed room.

JohnnyD13 what are you thinking on price if you were going to sell it?

Everyone should sell their 4 strokes in the spring and buy a 2 stroke instead.

I'm not really sure on price. It's an 06, but I built it so it would be showroom. Obviously I spent way more then I can get. Email me at johnnydebski@yahoo.com and I can give a better description. I was thinking around 4000, but it is an 06.
