I hope he does it again. I don't know what is up with any of the riders, but I like his riding style and want to see him do well. I just hope he does better because it makes for better racing.

could do it again as well as about 5 other riders out there.. Lots of talent but as always, its hard to be on top when in every generation we have a rider or two that is a step above the rest in pure talent.

Speaking of Millsaps brings to mind J.Hill..

Anyone expect a little more from this kid after last years success?

I don't really care if I see him on the podium again,
I'd rather see guys who really want it like Grant, Villo, Short or Ferry goddamnit. Oh and Hill. He's overdue.

+100 .... I odn't see him doing this again either, but you're right it wasn't a fluke he has the speed an talent to be there just doesn't have the desire or want to ....

Funny 500guy you made this thread...... when you have the majority of threads started about "that racer" that isn't racing lol

Don't drag the other name here, LMAO

I just think it's odd that Milsaps appears to have raced his way into shape.

I have a hard time believing his bike was the reason he hasn't got top 5 before last week.

well, what do you expect when you are riding for an underfunded team with almost no resources. I mean, it's not like they have their own practice track, a mechanic that specializes in each nut and bolt on the bike or anything.

I was impressed with Tedesco's run as well.
Funny how a mud race can sometimes be key.

I was kind of surprised that Windham didn't finish better he usually shines in the mud.

If he can get a start, the last two races shows he's regaining his form from last season. Same with Millsaps.

He was charging through the pack at A3. If he didn't go down at the beginning of the race I think he could have been on the podium, or at least top five. Go Josh Hill!!!!!

It was also good to see Davi up there. I believe he can get back on the podium.

I think that the talent coming out of the lites class has failed to step up for the last 5 years......Tedesco/Short/Millsaps/Preston.......none of them have progressed. They aren't even close to making up the gap to Reed or Bubba. I would have thought that atleast one of them would maybe made it. Millsaps ?? who knows. He can run the pace at times. Everybody is making a big deal about his 3rd place but, they were a minute back......

I dont think millsaps has what it takes to beat the top guys. From time to time he will get a podium, but thats it. RV was also missing for this race.....if not, I it would have been RV in 3rd.

It seems with the lack of passing lanes on the tracks this year, unless you start top five, there is little movement forward with the exception being Reed. Millsaps finally got a start and was able to run a good pace, if he can pull the start - sure he can do it again. So can 5 or 6 other guys.

the ride that he and Ivan put in were awesome. I think both will do it again and I also think short will be back on his game soon as well. I would have liked to see RV in there to see if there would have been a battle for third.

I honestly think it's Stewart, Reed , Villopoto and then everyone else fighting for 4th -12th hoping one of those 3 has problems so they can podium.

Milsaps when you say that name this year , lethargic comes to mind.

But like "people" say maybe we don't know what his issues are and that's why we make the stories up to pass the time because the condition of these guy's is a matter of National security.

That's great but Villopoto didn't even make the main so...

Josh Grant is the third fastest.

Was Milsaps injured before the start season? If not, as a pro athlete there isn’t a reason not be ready for the start of the season. Then again Milsaps seems to always start the season slow.

thing is...it's all IN THE HEAD at this level. most of these guys are at the same level talent wise, the head and the mental aspect is all that seperates em. easier said then done...to get that mental edge...lot harder than the physical factor.

You can practice all you want and never get arm pump but when you get nervous next thing you know you can barley hold on. Racing is different than practice.

Dowd and a few others are going to race select outdoor events. They won't need no stinkin' yoga instructor or factory bike to make the top 15. Afterwards they will be giving counseling to the parents of riders and other generationSIGH kids.

Davi will be on the podium again this year. And he'll have some more 10ths this year. That's just his way, I guess. IT did good last weekend, but frankly he looked bad. I don't know what to think about him, he's hell on wheels on a 250F but just doesn't look right on a 450. Maybe he's a Mike Brown type?

He can do it again.

Will he?............I hope so, along with about 4 other people thrown in there.

Hell I hope him and (Insert any racer here) have a block pass- T-Bone battle for the win in Atlanta.
