Yep, By the time I ordered the cassette , it bounced back no such address they had already closed up shop.
(And here I am a "B" classer still)
If I only had gotten a hold of that tape....

I believe the techniques in them really worked- visualization etc...

David Bailey was all about the Raw Method, I remember him at all those SX's wearing his head-set on the starting line...funny stuff. Lechien would wear head sets too but it'd be heavy metal lol

The Raw Method is what happens when you don't have enough lube.

Oh, wait...you mean that other Raw Method.

I don't think I have the cassette still, but I'm pretty sure I could dig up one of their stickers.

I was just was talking about this and did a search and this old thread came up. I'm surprised nobody has ever posted the actual recordings. I wish I could find mine. I think they worked. They also provided some good naps.

That is what the RAW method stood for. Had some of my best moto's in '83 Texas Series in the 250 expert class while using RAW.

I think it was a product that Mel Newman developed or endorsed.

Damn this thread keeps on keeping on, 2008, then 2011, now 2016.

1983 I recall listening (good old cassette days) whilst trying to improve my results on my KX80. From what I recall it was ahead of its time helping you "train" for the metal side of MX. But I guess I did not listen enough.

Visualization techniques and mental focus techniquesare very affective, I would like to see someone come out with a modern version of the old school RAW method.

I was one of the Boles' beta testers when he was developing the RAW Method tapes in 1981. I think that they helped me.
