He probably means Wilson. SmileSmileSmile I have not heard anything on his crash or his condition.

Did he get up and get 6th? The results still show him 6th?

Never mind. The current results are all messed up. Shows Anderson still got third, so did bagger, dean got 6th and Nelson got 6th as well. Some serious typos in the overall results page

Yep, results are goofed.

Dean went out on the back of an Asterisk Mobile Medical Mule. He was holding one thigh, but was sitting up, not on a backboard.

I was wondering how Anderson got back to 3rd in the second moto when his bike was stuck at the top of that hill. Did he finish the moto?

if He crashed on the down hill they probably didn't get it because that time of day is brutal with the sun light.

Going up you get blinded and going down there are shadows.

Early news says not structural. That is great news, but I bet he is one sore dude this morning. Shit, can you imagine running hangtown next week with stitches is the back of your leg!!!

Here is the blurb they wrote:

The absolute bummer of the day award goes to Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki's Dean Wilson. He finished sixth in the first moto and was running fifth late in moto two when he caught a bump wrong and went over the bars going down one of the steepest downhills on the entire track. His bike bounced flipped end over end spectularly, and Wilson lay motionless for several minutes. When they were finally able to help him off the track, it looked like he had some sort of leg/knee/foot injury. Later we found out it was a severe cut on the back of his knee. Supposedly no structural damage to the knee, but it will require surgery to fix.

Hope that's all it turns out to be.

Good (or...better) to hear. Speeds are so high outdoors & with the elevation changes at GH, a little miscue can mean the end of a season. Hope Dean will be back by next weekend.

Jeez! A cut to the back of the knee so severe that it requires surgery sounds awful.

Terrible for him. A modest 6-5 would have been a great start to the series, now instead ??
