That's good - looked pretty bad. Hope Bogle's OK - that crash was terrible luck and he hit hard.

If you rewind the race the medic that was sitting next to him on the Mule said His foot is broken.

Did they remove his boot trackside? How would they know it was broken?

Didn't see that part of the race. Was it the same foot he hurt in vegas?

I think that was wishful thinking. He didn't come out for second Moto. Bet it's a torn acl.

That escalated quickly. I talked to Cole before the second moto. He said he'll be okay. He was up walking and such.

Yes, apparently it's his hip and head that were the problem.

I fn hate injuries. AC missed all of SX. No webb/musquin 250 shootout. No Canard for outdoors. Roczen is all jacked up and now Webb is injured again......sigh...

People bitch about SX causing injuries. Seems like it was a pretty rough day injuriy-wise for not being SX. Nobody likes injuries, but it's part of our sport - regardless if the races are in stadiums or outdoors. I just hope we can keep the elite riders healthy to keep the series interesting. Wish K Roc and Canard were 100%.

Gravity causes injuries. So does sudden stops.

Someone told me they saw Webb walking in the pits after the race.

Yeah, when someone says, "I think I broke my ....". An MX rider says, "You're alright, it if was broken you would know it, not think it."

5 kids got hurt at our track in 7 days. All were on the smallest jumps, whoops or rough choppy flats. Not one on any of the technical sections. This sport can get you anywhere. I blew out the top of a berm yesterday and bruised my palm pretty bad on a rock. Injuries are a huge part of it unfortunately. Without injuries it would be the perfect sport.

Anyone an idea what actually happened? Did he crash, run over, yanked it, ...?

I had an EMT say "youd know if you broke it" when I snapped my lower leg.

Infuriating.....anybody KNOWS when they broke it. The fucking sound of it breaking resounds through your whole body.

I had a "backwards knee" on my shin when they tried to lift my leg off the ground.

He was so sure it was broken that he decided to walk around on it in the pits after the race. I'll reserve further comment because I don't know & am not a doctor, personally I'm hoping it isn't. I've had my own experiences also, which I'm sure nobody is interested in reading about. I think there are different types of breaks and not every instance involves a bone snapping in half. Flame on.

Seely said he was coming out for moto 2. Turns out he has a broken leg. I guess he didn't "Know if it was broken," did he?

Haha no doubt.

Ryno RACED with a "technically broken leg". It was a hairline fracture.

A tib/fib break is another matter. You KNOW you broke it.

Thanks for the semantics lesson, and the name calling. Your son has an excellent role model to look up to.

Incidentally Georgia said during the broadcast that they DID take his boot off and the muscles in his ankle and foot were spasming wildly....she thought it looked like it was broken. It was bad.

Thanks for the relevant info. That's all I was wondering about in the initial post, hoping that Webb wasn't going to be sidelined with a serious injury. Not trying to derail the thread by exchanging internet barbs.
