Another Tragedy in the Vital Family

Amanda Woods (Griffiths) that was a frequent poster here at one time lost her husband, father and uncle yesterday in a private plane crash in Lake Elsinore. Very, very sad news for someone that was always so positive.

Condolences out to the Griffiths and Woods families.

Some reports are kinda sketchy and it was her brother-in-law and not uncle.

I think this is the Amanda who worked with Supercross.com, right? Very sorry to hear of this, wishing grace and comfort for her and the family, and to the other folks here who've experienced loss recently.

I was in Elsinore yesterday when we heard about the crash. Didn't know how was on the plane at the time.

That sucks!!!

Was it at the airport right next to the track? I was at the track yesterday and didn't see anything. That is sad though.

Oh man....that poor , poor girl! This is some of the worst news ever. To lose one person is hard enough....to lose multiple? I hope she gets all the love and support she needs! My best wishes and condolences to her and her family.

Thats very sad, Amanda is such a nice young girl. Her father did an amazing job in raising her.

Cygnus and HuskyEd, you are both correct. That is the same Amanda pictured in the 2 profiles. FTE is right too about Supercross.com.

Jason, Nathan Woods wife was named Amanda, but not this Amanda.

Thanks for the info. I thought it was the same person. Not that that really matters in the situation. It sucks either way. I'm sorry for her loss.
