Those tiny litte helmet cams do a pretty damn ogod job. Love the sweet sounds from the 2 stroke, now there just needs to be 39 more of them in the mix!

Does your brother only ride a two stroke now. He is so fast and smooth on that 250. Never gets old watching him ride his smoker how it should be ridden.

He's been on an array of bikes. Raced his Honda 250f/450 at local races and nationals. Was on last year's Suzuki 450 practicing last weekend and that RM250 has been his play-around/fun bike. But for local races and nationals, he's sticking with the 4 strokes. Plus that RM250 has been having tranny problems so many times (can't shift into 3rd at times).

Oh gotcha. I think he should consider racing the 250 two stroke in the 450 nationals once he gets the bike fixed. He could really turn some heads if he qualified on a so called dead two stroke. If he did the right mods to the bike i bet it could easily compete with the 450s

Two strokes are great (I ride an 05 RM250) but there is no legal mod you can make to them to get you into 450 territory. The only way to get close is to go big and that isn't legal in the big boy class.

Tyler looks great on the smoker Matt.

So are you saying its not possible at all to qualify for the nationals on a smoker. I know it would be a very difficult task, but if you get the right rider on a 250 they could easily compete. Even if someone were to qualifiy on a smoker i wouldnt expect them to get a podium finsish, that would be aiming way to high.

Look at this article on twostrokemotocross.com. Jerry Kopoian won the 250A class and 450A class on a totally stock tm250 two stroke. This goes to show its possible atleast at the amatuers. Either way what this kid did is an amazing accomplishment.

I was just talking about this:

" If he did the right mods to the bike i bet it could easily compete with the 450s "

A decent pro could qualify on a 250 two stroke but there is nothing short of a big bore kit that is going to put a 250 on the speed level of a 450.

TMs people know how to build HP.
They can get 45 HP out of a 125 pretty easy.

They make the best looking Supermoto bikes.

The Black Magic series are sick.
