Came across this on YouTube and wanted to hear some of your opinions. Was the flagger over reacting or right in his anger?

Oh and the flagger was totally within his right to rip into the kid. Dangerous and stupid move and the fact that that was the only pass he made in the entire video says all you need to know
The flagger shouldn't have gone all Jerry Springer and emotionally yelled at the kid, he's obviously a beginner / novice and doesn't know any better.
If you knew nothing about moto and watched that video, you'd have no idea why the flagger lost his shit and started screaming.
He accomplished nothing besides angering / upsetting the rider.
He should've sternly and professionally told the rider what he did wrong, what he should've done, and the danger it caused.
