cheers guys....... I was a bit hamstrung with the lenses I had, and its all a learning curve still, but am happy enough .........

That kid's bike was hilarious, and he seemed to spend the entire weekend pushing it up one side of the bowl to then bomb it down again Laughing .... it was the Desalle fans with the chainsaws this time Reese95w... which is great when it isnt at 5am in the campsite peppered with bangers Pinch

one thing I wasnt prepared for was Ken de Dycker ..... I mean everyone knows he is a big guy... but his sheer height and size compared to the rest is incredible..... this is a guy who would win the title every year if it was a handicap system

We were camped next to the Belgians with chainsaws and bangers.. Not a quiet night.. Did you get pics of the JVH tandem, and the Ben Watson one.
De dyker looked pretty fast in Moto 2, he will pop up and win a race out of nowhere again soon

apparently de Dycker is 6'3" and 200 lbs................ I hope he does well at some point this year as he is looking a bit more lack lustre than usual

I didnt Phil.... didnt see those tandems.... must be a bit of a trend happening
sounds like we were pretty near each other ........ no idea what they'd done but must admit it was a bit of a relief to see them moved on on the Saturday as I badly needed sleep after the previous couple of nights lack of

They are all built by the same guys, the MX1 drinking team.., I think they will be in franc, the one they did for kegums last year was ace.

The Watson bike used to be a Ken de Dijcker bike.

Paul got most plastic for the JVH at Arco di Trento in Italy and we had a laugh at the airport security when he wanted to bring a garbage bag ful of mx bike plastic as carry on into the Ryan Air flight.
The Italian security wanted to know what it was and what it was for. They didn't like it to be as carry on, he had to check it all in. Laughing

The security manager was a cool guy tho. He immediately recognized us as MX people and we had a chat about the GP. He rides MX too. Smile

I've seen Hostel. I'll pass on the Euros with chainsaws. You'll pass out at a GP with "friends" and the next morning you'll end up in some torture dungeon. Tongue

Spydee & Dean122 thats exactly how it made me feel when i'd hear a chainsaw being started in the camping area! .... and for as long as I have achilles tendons i'll never watch the hostel again! Pinch

loving the JVH tandem as well...... clearly lots of time and effort were put into these
