As usual for Daytona the inside ruts look to be a much shorter distance than going to the outsides that it will be follow the leader through the tight turns. Start is even more critical here.

It looks great now, it will get torn to shit as the night goes on, will be fun to watch.

On a side note, I am surprised that there is no livestream for Daytona today, what a bummer. So I have it on the VIP site, but not nearly as nice.

Hopefully that is the last of the SX's that is not streamed live there.

Those double walls are cool, a complete change on the track from the rhythm they have before they get to it. A chance to see a big mess up or some cool move to make a pass.

Too had Stewart isn't out there, he'd either prejump over the first one or just turn it into an enormous double

I was thinking it was do-able, too. Some guys are jumping almost into the face of the second one. I'm assuming Stewart is there, maybe he can talk Baggett into doing it. haha

It is do-able, that's why they put the banner on the second wall. Can't do it now.

I feel like they keep shortening or speeding up the track the last few years. I would prefer if the lap times were at least another 10 seconds longer.

2013: 1:18.9
2012: 127.5 (mudder)
2011: 1:15.5 (Stewart before crashing out)
