I won tickets to the Seattle sx race on the Pulp MX Show. I was told the red triangle on the tickets was an all day pit pass. Can anyone confirm that? And let me know how exactly that works? Kinda new at this. Thanks guys!

You can go into the pits when it opens through the pit entrance and stay until they close. You'll be ableto go in and out as you want.

Yeah gets you in the pits all day. You can go in as early as you want and go out after the races if you want I believe.

It's called an Industry Pass, you can sit in the industry section where the riders, families, industry people sit during the day/races. You can go into the pits whenever you want even when it's not open to the public.

Yes. Many of the mechanics and riders trickle in between 8:30 and 9:30...you can be in the pits then.

Yes, you can go in as soon as the pits open which is 9:00 am. I think you can get in on friday with that pass too, but I'm not 100% sure with that. You can go in after the mains and walk around watching teams scramble to get out.

I had one of those at A1 a couple years back. It was cool because all the riders are just hanging out and walking around. They go into hiding when it opens to general public. We chatted a bit with Kenny and Chad. Good way to get autographs.
It will definitely be different this Saturday though due to the weather.

similar experience with me when closed to public. I didn't pester anybody, just a good luck here and there. My wife whispered in my ear "you want to go hug him, don't you". haha, we had lots of fun that day. Lots of beers too.

sounds like the pits are goinfg to be indoors this year so a day pass would be sweet

During the races I'll probably be using my real camera more than my phone but I'll post them on Sunday and throughout the week I'm sure so I don't flood my page. But I'll be sure to take pictures with my phone throughout the day too.

Congrats. Take a shopping cart for souvenir's, use your kind personality and you'll probably get loaded up with all kind of moto goodies. Be on the hunt for Roger "The Man" DeCoster, as he may retire soon and his sig is gold IMO. Rain or shine I'm sure you'll have a great time. Oh, and tell Chad we all said hello.

So can you buy the all day pit pass? The wife and I are going to SLC and I haven't been able to find any info on it....or maybe I'm not looking in the right places.

its an industry thing. You will have to find a rep or media type person. We got ours through a friend of JGR and Pirelli

I had a industry pass one year at STL which was neat. Even got to go down by the podium during the race and watch.

Thanks, I took that one from the stands, up in the 300 level. Turned out pretty awesome. I like taking pictures, not by any means as good as all those ogher guys, but its fun.

Well my trip has not been going at all how I planned. Took forever to find a stupid clear bag. Then I was having a photo book made of the photos I took so I could have the guys sign those for me, and they told me it was done so I went to pick it up and they hadnt even started it. Ended up getting it 5 minutes before they closed. Then I was gonna do one of those message board things to tell my dad happy birthday but that disappeared before I could buy it. Also can't find anyone who wants to/can make it to Seattle to go with me.

Now the biggest one of all. I didn't wake up to my alarm, missed my flight, now I won't get there until 12:30. Wasting my early access to the pits which I'm super pissed about. At least I can still make it to the race.
