Just an observation that Mike I thought was excellent in commentary with Paul Malin, and clearly very knowledgeable about GP racing.

I think he clearly demonstrated that he is a general motocross fan and watches races both sides of the pond, and I hope this is something he definitely pursues more of in his career!

100% agree, Mike killed it. I hope he pursues it further, can't believe he was that good his first time in the booth.

I'm not an huge Alessi fan of any real nature as often I just smack my head when they speak but this was one time where I thought Mikey did a great job. Admittedly, I have spoken with Tony more than once and thought "geez, he's actually a pretty cool guy" until they do or say something off the wall again. This time Mike was on point.

I'd like to see Mike in the booth during Supercross.

Mike surprised the hell out of me actually. He kicked ass in there! Talking about what is actually happening out there and his knowledge towards the sport , was pretty damned impressive to me. I really hope they get him back in there again.

It was quite okay. Surprised how much he (still) knows about GP's. He did mention a "few" times it was "a hot and humid day overhere in Jacksonville, Florida"... But so did Malin and Leyland.

I was also surprised that he did such a good job commentating.

I'd like to see him replace Ralph in SX.

Yes great Job- Not an easy task by any means but he obviously put some prep into it and did very good!
So did JT$ - would be great to get these guys alternating with Emig in super cross. Mix it up a bit from week to week.

I didn't enjoy him in the booth as much some, but I think that's only cause I could tell he was trying really hard so it didn't feel natural but with it being his first time he was easily good enough and would definitely assume he'd improve after a few more goes.. I remember I hated Langston the first time he was in there but I reckon he's really good now

plus not to mention that app there is a dude speaking Italian constantly in the headphones that would no doubt be distracting haha

What's your problem? I'm not a genius when it comes to punctuation but I am sure it's good enough for you to know what I'm talking about.

If it's not I'm pretty sure I'll thank you to fuck right off

Both JT and Mike in the booth proved one thing and that is how bad Emig is at commentary with the GP / des Nations.
Although Emig has gotten better but wasn't on JT or Mikes level

I think y'all are crazy, JT smoked ALESSI on that broadcast. Pretty hilarious

Idk I thought Mikey was the more solid of the two. They both did great but I liked his insight and his knowledge of the GP's was very apparent during the broadcast.

Is there any footage or recordings of Alessi as a lead commentator?
