Bad title sure...

BUT... So i'm listening to the East Rutherford fantasy (getting better) podcast, and apparently last week RCH had video of Alessi jumping on a cross flag, took it to FIM, who promptly did... ready? Absolutely nothing about it.

So dock Anderson a podium, Dungey a win, and then a week later, whatevs.

Were they just wanting to avoid Tony? Does Genova have pics of Gallagher and a donkey?! Seriously.

I'd forget the chase or any format changes to have some competent administration and adjudication in SX. Fuck me, amateur hour.

Well you'd assume if a team manager brings them video and they either choose not to watch it or choose not to act, neither is acceptable.

The sports rules and their enforcement are FUBAR. If they are not going to accept a teams video evidence then they need to do a better job of documenting it themselves. Every race there should be one or two wide angled cameras positioned high up in the stands filming the whole event, that would be good enough to monitor flag infringements, track cutting etc.
Even though I think the dungey win strip was ridiculous I am all for the rules are rules attitude but they have to be consistent. How can they take a win away from dungey, but then not take a 13th from from Alessi, complete bullshit.
