Just curious but was there a RacerX article or even a post on here discussing this? On the RacerX HowToWatch section you'd expect people might be leaving comments inquiring about this change, but everyone seems kinda meh about it. Was this made public and discussed some time ago?

Just curious but how far back was it talked about, like several weeks ago? I doubt it was when the series schedule was released way, way back. Was it on RacerX or here?

With that said, I don't think many people are really aware unless they are a hardcore fan. Just talked to my dad and a moto buddy, both of which had no idea about FOX or the time change. Both of whom watch every weak. I'm pretty sure it was said on the broadcast repeatedly though.

No, it was like several months ago. Like hvaugh88 said, back when the series was announced.

It somewhat ruined my plans to attend since I find it hard to be drunk in the pits at 8:30 am.

I think more people will be mad when their DVR misses it since it's on Fox's main channel and not Fox Sports.

As an international fan, this works out great. Night show starts at 8pm, only the second time this season I have watched live.

yeah i actually dig the daytime format, we'll see how it goes. under the lights is hard to beat though, but this is still interesting.

I wouldn't mind them being during the afternoon. Saturday night is prime time for a good time. Not sitting at home watching TV.

It's crazy they haven't done this before. From an international standpoint it makes the sport much more appealing for sponsors outside of America.

Starts at 8pm here and it'll be my first live supercross that I've watched all the way through

Also, props to field for the Livestream broadcasting this year!

I agree hillbilly. With a jar of hell water close by, bike racing is the way to burn thru the day.
