Please use the proper reference so one of the stupidest things the AMA ever did can fade away.
MX Lites - taste shitty.........no............less filling
Very good read, except Searle was very consistent, 2 years on his factory KTM got him a 4th and a 2nd place in the championship with racing for every GP win in the latter.
If he can get as comfortable as he was in GP's (remember last year's mxon where he suddenly put the hammer down on guys like weimer and musquin in qualifying), he'll be on the box more times than not.
The Shop
Also not to sure about Rattray's chances at the title.
Besides that everything sounds right.
Please redo this paper and turn it in by the end of the day.
Friese, Sipes, Alessi, Goerke.. I know they might be on 450's but all of them could wax Travis.
Pit Row
& Outsider, will you stop being a smartass for a minute and look at what I actually put my time into?
L&M Yamaha
James Stewart (7) is not confirmed to ride, and being on a supercross only contract has alot of people scratching their heads. The last time we saw James Stewart ride outdoors in the states was during the 2008 AMA Motocross Nationals, where he went 24/0. The only other person to achieve that is the GOAT himself, Ricky Carmichael. If James decides to race this year, his speed is no question, his health is questionable after missing most of the supercross season due to a broken scaphoid bone. If James can handle the pressure of youngsters like Mike Alessi and newly crowned supercross champion Ryan Dungey, also with rival and defending outdoor champion Chad Reed. If James shows up at Hangtown, it can get real intresting!
Josh Hill (75) is unsure of his outdoor plans at the moment, and with his nagging rib injury. I doubt he'll line up for the nationals. Its likely that Hill will let his ribs heal and come back when he's healthy and ready to challenge for the win.
Monster Kawasaki
Chad Reed (1) is the dark horse coming into the season, it's hard to believe since he has that fat number one plate on his bike! After missing most the supercross season due to a broken hand, Chad returned later in the season and hasn't been able to light that fire he had before. Is he burnt out? Is he more focused on rather more important things such as his wife ellie and new baby thats due? Whatever it is, look for Chad to rejuvenate himself at Hangtown. Kawasaki has high hopes in Chad to give them another championship. Chad carries the flag over at Kawasaki this year outdoors.
Ryan Villopoto (2) isn't gonna be racing the nationals due to a scary crash at the St Louis Supercross, where he suffered a broken leg. It's said that he will not return to racing in 2010, which is a shame because RV2 also missed the 2009 outdoor season due to a knee injury, after going 1-1 at the season opener at Glen Helen. Get well soon RV!
Red Bull Honda
Davi Millsaps (18) has had flashes of brilliance outdoors, but has never had consistency. He's picked up moto wins in 2007 and 2009, at Thunder Valley and Budds Creek. If he can get motivated and charge for 24 motos he can challenge for the championship, but thats a really, really big "If".
Andrew Short (29) is said to be hondas best chance at a championship outdoors. Andrew has never won a overall outdoors, but if he can be as consistant at he normally is, he can be there in the end of it. Who knows? If Andrew can get the ball rolling, we can see him pick up his first win.
TLD/Lucas Oil Honda
Ben Townley (101) challenged Ryan Villopoto for most of the 2007 AMA Lites Motocross Championship, only to lose by a handful of points. Ben soon went to Factory Honda and was injured most of the supercross season in 2008. He returned for the outdoors in a shiny factory honda 450. Only to get hurt before he even had a chance to show what he can do on a 450. Healthy and hungry, look for Ben to make a big impact on the 2010 AMA Motocross Nationals.
JGRMX
Justin Brayton (23) came from the arenacross scene, which followed success in the supercross category. His skills outdoors were questioned, during the 2009 season Brayton had a few good rides following the season. At the final round of the year he won the second moto at Steel City, proving to everyone he is capable outdoors. With a new team and a solid program, Justin can be the surprise of the AMA Nationals this year.
Josh Grant (33) was argueably the fastest 450 rider last year during the nationals, he picked up moto wins all season long. Until breaking both his ankles racing at the X Games, after being injured for the whole supercross season. Josh Grant has been riding outdoors after chosing not to return to the supercross series. Healthy and fresh, Josh can win this championship if he finds consistency.
I probably wont do a part 2, because all you guys do is pick apart every little mistake I do and ignore the hard work I put into it. I'll save my work for when I actually am able to publish it somewhere legit.
Blake Baggett....................................
Remember this.
Gonna KILL IT!
That's what makes my sarcasm oh so funny.... at least in my head.
Now get back to work!
